Систематизация подходов к оценке территориальной доступности инфраструктуры (Systematization of Approaches to Assessing the Spatial Accessibility of Infrastructure)

The article structurizes and generalizes the methods of territorial accessibility assessment taking into account the advantages and disadvantages of different methods (assessments based on physical or financial indicators, transport accessibility coefficients of infrastructure (Engel, Goltz), spatial availability indices, indexes based on a gravity model), and also offers a structured approach to their selection and use depending on the specific practical task being solved. Статья структурирует и обобщает способы оценки территориальной доступности с учетом достоинств и недостатков разных методов (оценки на основе физических или финансовых показателей, коэффициенты транспортной доступности инфраструктуры (Энгеля, Гольца), индексы пространственной обеспеченности инфраструктурой, индексы на основе гравитационной модели), а также предлагает структурированный подход к их выбору и использованию в зависимости от конкретной практически решаемой задачи
