Создание единого рынка транспортных услуг ЕАЭС : анализ эффектов для экономик Узбекистана и Азербайджана (Creation of a Common Market of Transportation Services with the EAEU Countries: Analysis of the Effects for the Economies of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan)

The Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) development has many objectives, including the creation of a common market of transportation services. This article is devoted to the assessment and analysis of the potential socio-economic effects of the possible integration of the markets of transport services of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan and the countries of the Union. It shows that the potential positive effects of the integration of these two countries with the common market of transportation services of the EAEU (road, rail, air, water, all modes of transport) can be noticeable. The article was written on the basis of the RANEPA state assignment research programme.Развитие Евразийского экономического союза ставит перед собой много целей, в том числе создание единого рынка транспортных услуг. Данная статья посвящена оценке и анализу потенциальных социально-экономических эффектов от возможного объединения рынков транспортных услуг Азербайджана и Узбекистана и стран Союза. Показано, что потенциальные положительные эффекты от интеграции двух названных стран с единым рынком транспортных услуг ЕАЭС (в автомобильном, железнодорожном, воздушном, водном транспорте, для перевозок всеми видами транспорта) могут быть ощутимыми.
