СТАРИЯТ ЗАВЕТ, СЪВРЕМЕННИТЕ ЕКОЛОГИЧНИ ПРОБЛЕМИ И БЪЛГАРСКОТО ЕКОЛОГИЧНО ПРАВО

This article is dedicated to one actual and uninvestigated theoretical problem, i.e. to the environmental problems of modern society in the light of Old Testament as well as to the role of Bulgarian environmental law for their solving. In the introduction are shown some lines from the Old Testament which have directly or indirectly ecological meaning. There are evaluated some contemporary environmental problems and the reasons causing them. Special attention is given to the role of Bulgarian environmental law for their solving as well as to some terms, related to the ecology. In the conclusion some general conclusions from the evaluated theological and ecological matter are made.
