Тарифное регулирование на энергетические ресурсы как инструмент устойчивого развития территорий (Tariff Regulation for Energy Resources as a Tool for Sustainable Development of Trerritories)

The article presents an analysis of tariff regulation within the framework of sustainable development of territories. The authors highlight a range of problems inherent in the regulation of tariffs in Russia and point out possible ways to eliminate them. In the process of preparing the work, publications of Russian and foreign authors were used. The conclusions of the study include the need to use control and supervisory measures during privatization, carried out to reduce administrative pressure. The relationship is revealed between the achievement of a higher level of energy efficiency, as well as possible privatization to eliminate the monopolization of the industry. As a possible example of the successful functioning of such a model, the authors cite foreign experience, which makes it possible to borrow some elements and apply them considering the Russian specifics
