Надано перелік принципів здійснення оптимізації структури активів підприємства, яка направлена на забезпечення його фінансової безпеки. Визначена головна мета та завдання управління оборотними активами в контексті забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства. Зроблено висновок щодо доцільності застосування програмно-цільового підходу до процесу управління оборотними активами, так як це забезпечує комплексне вирішення проблем їх ефективного управління через раціональне використовування шляхом розроблення програми і мети, направленої на її виконання.It’s determined that working assets management of enterprises within corporative financial policy provides for development and implementation of the complex management of working assets policy, outworking management and working assets. There is a list of solving tasks concerning optimization structure of assets of enterprises which is aimed to provide financial safety. The main aim and task concerning working assets management is determined. There is a conclusion according to sufficiency of applying programme-aimed approach to the process of management working assets, as it provides complex decision of problems, their efficiency management by means of reasonable using through working out programme and goal, directed at its realization. Working assets management of the enterprises, realizing according to principles of programme-aimed management (aimed to the final results, prevailing planning of object of management, continuity principle), is the leading direction of improving process of working assets management. Using grounding funds to achieve aim will provide invariance decision of tasks and increase efficiency of using working assets of the enterprises under the conditions of changing surroundings.
