УСЛОВИЯ ФУНКЦИОНИРОВАНИЯ СИСТЕМЫ ГОРОДСКОГО ПАССАЖИРСКОГО ТРАНСПОРТА Г. КАБУЛ

Рассмотрены современные условия функционирования транспортной системы города Кабул. Проанализированы основные хозяйственные проблемы, среди которых главными являются перенаселенность города и организация транспортного обслуживания пассажиров. Выявлены и проанализированы основные проблемы функционирования системы городского пассажирского транспорт. а также предложены мероприятия, направленные на повышение ее эффективности. Обоснована необходимость усовершенствования системы транспортного обслуживания городского населения.In the article were considered the modern conditions for the functioning of the transport system of the city of Kabul. Overcrowding of the cities and organization of transport services of passengers are the main of basic economic problems which were also analyzed in article. Main problems of the urban passengers transport functioning are Identified and analyzed, activities that are aimed to the increase of efficiency are proposed. The necessity of improvements for transport service system of the urban population is substantiated. The radical modernization of the urban road network and improving the efficiency of public transport are proposed as ways to modernize the transport system of the city of Kabul. The need to creating of large highways and organization of regular route transportation of passengers within the city are displayed.
