УЧЕТ ФАКТОРА РИСКА ПРИ ПРИНЯТИИ СТРАТЕГИЧЕСКИХ РЕШЕНИЙ В УСЛОВИЯХ КРИЗИСНОГО РАЗВИТИЯ ЭКОНОМИКИ

The article examines the necessity of financial security and the maintenance of companies' strategic potential in the contemporary context. The authors recommend to use a more delicate toolkit and prove its feasibility. The article examines the potential of integrating the instruments of risk management and balanced scorecard, based upon the theory presented in literature upon the subject and the generalization of large corporations and consulting companies experience in Russia and Germany.
