36. Inclusion

The inclusion of diverse and marginalized groups is challenging for organizations in our globalized settings. This chapter provides a brief introduction to inclusion for scholars of diversity and inclusion who are hampered by ever-evolving theory and conceptualization. Factors addressed include the interplay of multiple levels of analysis and social organization along with the unpredictable effect of human agency in inclusion processes.
