So far, we have explored the DT in the workplace – psychopaths, narcissists, and Machiavellians. We have endeavoured to explain these concepts, aiming to combine the rigour of applied research with the relevance desired by the academic, practitioner and lay-person alike. This chapter offers practical pathways for addressing DT traits in the workplace. It explores assessment tools, leadership development, and cultural interventions, while encouraging further research into the Dark Tetrad (the DT including Sadism ), Authoritarianism, and the Toxic Triangle. It is a key resource, particularly for researchers and practitioners focused on workplace well-being and ethics.
