A Bi-Objective Optimization Model for Order Allocation in the Raw Material Closed-Loop Supply Chain Design

Inventory management and supply of raw materials in order allocation to optimize production planning an important issues for economic-manufacturing firms which affects all factors and activities for manufacturing and providing the services needed by customers. In this article is main objective of most supply chain issues is to minimize costs and to increase profits. In This article we proposed an integrated linear programming model for two parameters of profitability and quality of manufactured product simultaneously. The closed-loop supply chain optimization problem included two objective functions (1): The first objective function to minimize costs and to increase profits, and (2): The second one to maximize quality of manufactured product and to reduce profitability. Solving this problem involved some limitations in raw material availability. Result show that (1) new proposed model by using the goals attainment and integrated linear programming model providing optimization of two objective function and effective in production planning and based on optimization order allocations
