A constructivist approach to the organization of performance knowledge in collaborative networks

This paper describes a framework for the design of performance evaluation systems in collaborative networks. This framework is composed by a performance information reference model and a multi-criteria decision support method. When used in combination by the members of a collaborative network, results in specific models that result from a collective and negotiated construction. -- Performance knowledge ; collaborative networks ; constructivist approaches
