A Novel Internet of Healthcare (Ioh) Aware Data Transmission Mechanism in Intermittently Connected Wireless Network

The paper proposes using Support Vector Regression (SVR) for hop count prediction in resource-constrained wireless networks. It introduces a novel data forwarding mechanism for an IoH aware framework. The proposed scheme's performance is compared with existing data transmission mechanisms, showing that SVR offers computational efficiency and accurate hop count estimation. This approach improves network performance in terms of overhead ratio, delivery probability, and latency. Overall, the study demonstrates the potential of machine learning techniques, specifically SVR, to enhance hop count analysis and minimize the number of hops for efficient data delivery in wireless networks
