A Research on How to Increase Organizational Resilience in the Face of Triple Pressure by Utilizing Exploratory And Exploitative Innovation

Building organisational resilience is crucial for businesses and even affects their survival and growth. China's economic development is being put under "triple pressure" by a decline in demand, a supply shock, and lowered expectations, particularly in the wake of COVID-19. The external environment's volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity have had some impact on how organisations have developed. In this setting, the study investigates why the notion of resilience is becoming more and more significant to the organisation and unifies the various definitions of elasticity to define tissue resiliency by chopping and integrating pertinent historical literature.
