A Synthesis of Current Issues in the Labour Regulatory Environment
During 2006 and 2007, a selection of research papers, in the main written by labor law experts, have provided critical input and guidance on the nature of the debate around the efficiency of the labor regulatory environment in South Africa. In November 2007, key stakeholders from government, labor and business attended a workshop on the Labor Regulatory Environment in South Africa at the Mount Grace Hotel, Magaliesberg, where the results of the aforementioned studies were presented and debated.
