Academia – Industry Fusion : Action Learning for Teaching Enterprise

There are many works by academics and practitioners on the need to find a sybmiotic relationship between academia and industry in the field of management development. One significant trend is “action learning” or learning by doing. Describes initiatives pioneered by several learning institutions where managers learn in the workplace.
