Accelerated life testing when a process of production is unstable
The developement of the heredity principle in reliability is discussed. The possible invariants in the generalized additive and multiplicative models were proposed. Estimation of these invariants with application in accelerated life testing is considered. A test for the heredity hypothesis is proposed.
