Agility as an Approach to Building a Flexible Organisation
Agility is a business's capacity to respond rapidly and efficiently to any change. While agility is not new, organisations that value intellectual capital, engagement, communication, procedures, and strategic planning have a greater chance of long-term success. This paper adopted a secondary technique for evaluating the literature on the importance of agility in the workplace. Numerous elements, including corporate cultures, organisational structures, laws, and regulations, affected the direction and outcome. Project managers found themselves in precarious positions due to these interactions. An agile business focused on the needs of its employees and was capable of responding and adapting swiftly to changes in the marketplace or environment. Business success is contingent upon several elements, including intellectual capital development, employee engagement, open communication, organisational structure, and long-term planning. Speed and efficiency are critical components of lean and agile thinking. Agility is vital to every successful organisation’s overall strategy and objective
