An Application of Spatial Equilibrium Analysis to the Transport and Processing of Wholemilk in N.S.W.
A number of studies have been made of the movement of milk between regions in New South Wales. Indications from these analyses have been that there could be economic benefit from rationalization in the choice of supply areas to meet consumption requirements. This analysis confirms the need for such rationalization.
