An Assessment of the Impact of EU Spending

The aim of this study is twofold: find out how visible EU spending is, and what is the impact of this spending on public opinion. It reports on the answers received to surveys carried out among stakeholders and members of the general public and makes recommendations on factors of success in relation to the visibility of the EU and its spending activities.
