Analysis of Relationship between Construction Project Manager’s Characters and Project Schedule Performance Using MBTI Approach

In delivering the objectives of the project, the competency of the project managers play big roles with its components such project management knowledge and skills. In recent project management literature, project manager's character affects the performance of the project. In order to obtain good project results and to maintain the performance of the projects, the project organizations must assign the project manager with appropriate character. This research has the objective to build up a mathematical model to analyze how the project manager's character correlate with the schedule performance of the project, using the approach of Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Furthermore the model is tested using simulation software in order to validate the result.Finally the model is intended to be used as tools for project manager's assignment and further development plan in order to develop them to become a leader in the project to maintain the schedule performance of the projects
