Analysis of Teaching, Management Indicators and Supporting Factors for Mind-Mapping for Generating Efficient E-Learning Responses among Attendees and Presenters
The online E-learning based pedagogical necessities insist students and workforce to outfit with specific skill sets such as interactivity, communication and collaboration. Online E-learning is become famous and essential environment to all in this COVID pandemic situation. Online E-learning is insistently building inroads into the Indian education ecosystem. E-learning based online learning is anticipated to exceed two hundred and forty three billion US dollars by 2022. Online based E-learning is more efficient and successive by the deep nitration and involvement of attendees and presenters. The mind-mapping between the attendees and presenters is playing the major role in continuation of E-learning based pedagogical methods, but its lagging and missing in most existing E-learning MOOCs platforms. The existing platforms most interested on their content preparation and delivery, but they not concentrating the learning mind-set of learners not maintain the interest levels and involvement levels during the training sessions like as beginning-level, mid-level and ending-level. Dropout cases are increasing due to this reason. This research is proposing mind-mapping approach with efficient training-learning, teaching-management indicators such as quarter-session, mid-session, response-time and supporting factors slow-fast-moderate learners, re-activeness and so on for analyzing the learners and trainers mind-set through the training-learning sessions. This research is helping the learners and trainers to maintain the interest levels and involvement levels throughout the session at-beginning at-middle at-end. This approach has successfully implemented and executed among the 9 trainers and 252 learners of various fields likes software developers, job-seeker, banking and telecommunication employees and post-graduate, and achieved 92 to 94 percentage of success rate for making the balance between the trainers and learners
