Application of Kernel Estimators to Estimation Efficiency of Active Labor Market Programs

Each intervention carried out by the state of the labor market must be evaluated at the end in terms of efficiency. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the effectiveness of active labor market policies. As a research tool will be used Propensity Score Matching technique and an approach based on kernel estimators. Theoretical considerations are supported by empirical analysis.
