Attributes of self-developing socio-economic systems

Place of the concept â€œself-developing socio-economic systemsâ€ within the context of similar economic categories is considered in the paper. As a result of the analysis of the existing approaches, authorâ€™s criteria of singling-out self-developing regions including Gross Regional Product and financial balance of a territory are defined.
