Availability of a System with Multiple Failure Modes and Imperfect Repairs

This study focuses on modeling the reliability of systems with multiple failure modes and imperfect repairs. Times to failure are exponentially distributed and repair times follow general distributions. Closed expressions are obtained for the steady state availability and Laplace transforms of the point-wise availability.
