COVID-19 can also spread quickly both through direct interaction and through media such as inanimate objects. And the government has appealed to stay at home and social distancing. Meanwhile, supermarkets are a very risky place for the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. Therefore, the Supermarket must change its service system to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus by implementing digital innovation and dynamic organizations in its service and organizational structure
