CIPFA membership survey - In the wake of the ACCA's bid to drive through a merger, 1,600 CIPFA members have voiced their opinions in response to a Public Finance survey. Few are hostile to rationalisation in principle. But with CIMA sulking in its tent, CIPFA's chief executive suggests the atmosphere is not all sweetness and light.
