Collaborationwork : the 2003 report on new working environments and practices

Collaboration@work focuses on the central issue of sustainable new work paradigms, incorporating traditional ework, but also empowering us to participate in economic wealth creation in all of our professional roles, whether within organizations, cyber communities or as individuals. A very broad scope is needed to capture the innovation fully: not only computer supported collaborative work and ework should be considered. It is the actual collaboration process together with the context-sensitivity which is at the centre.
