Collective Action for Local-Level Effort Regulation: An Assessment of Recent Experiences in Senegalese Small-Scale Fisheries.

The 1990s several important fishing communities along teh Senegalese coastline have adopted effort-restraining schemes on their own initiative ought retain attention.
