Competitive Intensity and Chinese Small and Medium Manufacturing Enterprises Performance : The Mediation Effect of Bi Capability and Internal Processes Efficiency

This research is one of the first few investigate the relationships among competitive intensity and, business intelligence, internal process efficiency and small and medium manufacturing enterprises performance in the context of China, the results of this study show and clarify the mediating mechanism of business intelligence capability and internal process efficiency, as mediators through which competitive intensity improve organizational performance. The results of our study not only the makeup of the insufficient business intelligence research in the management approach perspective but also enrich and extend the literature on relationships among competitive intensity, business intelligence, internal process, and organizational performance
