Configuration of Object Properties through Visual Markers in Augmented Environments
The fast changes of the market requirements, the shorter life-cycle of the products and extremely rapid developments in the field of IT in the last years pose some new and significant challenges to the industry. More and more often the methods and techniques of the Virtual Engineering which have been considered until very recently exotic and complex, are adopted in the engineering activities. Here, we present the results of our effort to study the possible application of the Augmented Reality (AR) for the visual configuration of individualized products
