Consideration of Learning Processes Based on Optimal Operations for Recovery of Information Systems

The present paper concentrates on the implementation of three purposes. The first purpose is the formulation of a stochastic multiplicative model. The second purpose is the establishment of sufficient conditions for evaluating the distribution function of the proposed model. Moreover, the establishment of applications of this model in the area of developing optimal operations is the third purpose of the paper. Specifically, the paper considers stochastic modelling activities in the area of information systems in order to provide educators and practitioners greater insight in the art and science of modelling, to investigate how creative thinking techniques can be incorporated into such activities and to encourage educators to experiment with new pedagogical ideas for teaching this subject. In particular, the paper concentrates on a stochastic modelling activity regarding the formulation of a stochastic multiplicative model and draws some conclusions on the relationship between problem definition and modelling.
