Consumer Specialties - The Splenda legal saga continues to snowball as another federal lawsuit surfaces. The latest suit, which comes from the Sugar Association, charges McNeil Nutritionals with the use of misleading advertising and marketing terminology to attract consumers to the sucralose sweetener. McNeil has responded with its own false advertising countersuit.
