Contribution of Syllabus and Pedagogy in Skills Development of MBA Student

Developing countries, individuals have a more entrepreneurial spirit compared to develop countries. Individuals in developing countries, however, lack the necessary skills to take their businesses to the global level. MBA curriculum is trying to tackle this situation by providing various facilities to the students. This study has focused to know the perception of students regarding up gradation of entrepreneurial skills and contribution of syllabus and pedagogy in skills development. Researcher has taken samples of MBA students and opinion on different skill set by using like rt scale. Paired ‘t' test has been used to check significant difference in opinion. After the study it has been found that contribution syllabus and pedagogy as skill development is reasonable and these skills are highly important for entrepreneurship development and management education pursuant has qualities and competencies to become successful entrepreneur
