Cooperation-Based Risk Assessment and Applications of the Construction Supply Chain

In this paper, we focus on the vertical integration mode and strategic outsourcing mode of the construction supply chain (CSC). Risk identification model of CSC is constructed and evaluated with the proposed fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and G1 method. Then, an expert survey is conducted with 30 construction-related experts to implement the proposed evaluation method. And the feasibility and applicability of our proposed risk evaluation approach is demonstrated with the two practical cases studies. It particularly made contributions to the practices of CSC risk management and would be useful for practitioners to facilitate the risk management of CSC
