Cost Evaluation Methodology That Can Be Used in a 3D Architectural Design Environment

In this study, cost evaluation Methodology that can be used in the BIM environment, which is a 3D architectural design tool, were established. Also, a design method of a database that can efficiently manage lifecycle cost information of BIM objects was presented. The LCC analysis model presented in this study was applied to the interior wall of a residential building to verify its consistency. Using the model presented in this study, the calculation of the LCC can be calculated quickly, and the accuracy of the LCC analysis results can be improved compared to the existing method
