They also refer their family and friends to you. When you sell more, your profits are greater. If your customer is not satisfied, he or she will stop doing business with you. All the things you do to achieve quality and provide excellent service are not important at all if you do not work to satisfy the customer. If it does not, you are dissatisfied. Now, it is up to the seller to find a way to fix the problem so that you can become satisfied.
