DETERMINANTS OF INVESTMENT SUPPORT: PRINCIPLES, MECHANISMS, EFFICIENCY

The major determinants of the investment support of the electric power industry were justified and specified. The place of the investment support mechanism in the economic, financial and investment mechanisms of an enterprise was determined. Forms and instruments of implementation of the investment support mechanism were substantiated. A list of principles of investment support, creating the basis for its efficient operation was proposed. The effectiveness of the investment support mechanism of innovation projects at electric power plants was evaluated for three investment sources: IPO (Initial Public Offering), issue of bonds, credit means.
