DEVELOPMENT OF COMPUTER APPLICATION FOR RISKS ANALYSIS IN CRISIS SITUATIONS

Leading an organization in a crisis time is a risky and extremely requiring action, not only for the leaders, but also for the employees. The leader needs an independent clarity and self-confidence that can be insured only by the risk management. This work has as object the creation of a risk management system, at a project level, though it can realize an efficient administration of risks, thus the decision structures adapt themselves and respond in crisis regarding the critical infrastructural dysfunctions.
