Differences in the Investment Capacity of the Territorial Entities – State and Changes

The study discusses the differences in the investment capacity of the Bulgarian municipalities, districts and planning regions. It analyzes and evaluates the ranking and differentiation of the territorial entities by indexes of investment capacity in 2003 and 2004; and the dynamics of the changes in the ranking.
