Difficulties in Studying Econometrics : An Analysis of Islamic Banking Student Responses

This study aims to determine student responses in econometric courses in terms of difficulty or convenience according to students. Knowing the answers from the respondents will become an evaluation tool in the next learning process so that they are easily accepted by students. Research with a quantitative description approach, with a population of Islamic banking students. The results of the study show that students have more difficult answers in econometrics courses. The cause is the low mastery of statistics. The conclusion from this study is that it is necessary to increase statistical skills in studying econometrics
