EASO training curriculum : handbook on the Common European Asylum System (CEAS) module
This handbook will provide you with an overview of the key learning objectives presented in the CEAS module. The aim of the CEAS training handbook is to serve as a reference tool and to accompany you in the course of your work by providing the key elements of the theoretical knowledge, skills and competencies that you have acquired after completing the CEAS module. This handbook has been designed in parallel with the module development and is structured in a manner to help you recall and retain the knowledge and skills acquired through the training phase. Key issues are presented in each unit and you are advised to reflect on this newly acquired knowledge and skill while performing your day‑to‑day duties. Such reflections can be an important element of the learning process and can be further discussed with your supervisor, coach or colleagues. This handbook should not, in any way, replace the online training and is only a complementary tool which should be used after you have completed the entire CEAS module. Distribution of this handbook should be limited to trainees who have completed the CEAS module.
