Effect Of Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment, And The Work Environment On Employee Performance

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, organizational commitment, and work environment partially and significantly on employee performance at Kompas Gramedia Cakung, East Jakarta. The research method used is exploratory research and the method of data collection is done by a list of statements (questionnaires) distributed through google forms. The population in this study were all employees of Kompas Gramedia and had a sample of 100 respondents. There are three kinds of research analysis used, namely test instruments, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. Data processing using SPSS version 21.0 software. The results showed that simultaneously and significantly the independent variable namely the work discipline variable as (X1), organizational commitment (X2), and work environment (X3), and the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y)
