Effects of Cultural Diversity on Global Teams
Today, cultural diversity is becoming significantly remarkable when organizations cross boundaries. Indeed, companies are faced with challenges of creating cultural synergy in globalized organizations. Without special attention to cultural diversity and synergy, the effectiveness and performance of such organizations often fail to be realized. In this paper, extant researches are reviewed to understand the importance of how cultural diversity impact on global teams.
