EMJNet

The EuroMed Justice Network (EMJNet) is a network of contact points appointed by each national authority of the South Partner Countries and European Union Member States participating in the EuroMed Justice project. It was established in November 2021 and meets twice a year. The network aims to support judicial cooperation in criminal matters by facilitating direct exchanges between the contact points, who are criminal justice practitioners active in the field of international judicial cooperation. All contact points are listed in a directory available online on a secure platform. The EMJNet contact points assist, for instance, with establishing contacts between competent authorities, providing legal and practical information to ensure the effectiveness of requests for judicial cooperation and facilitating their transmission and execution.
