Employment Security During Military and Non-Military Service : Comparative Analysis of the Georgian and Finnish Legislation
The primary purpose of this paper is to compare the Georgian and Finnish legislation regulating employment security issues during military and non-military service of the employee working for the private or public sector. The present paper discloses similarities and differences between the legislation of the two countries and sheds light on the insufficiency of the specific legal instruments in Georgian legislation regulating the issue. As a result, the present paper analyses the challenges of Georgian legislation and seeks to offer solutions thereto
