Enracinement des dirigeants vers une intégration des clients dans la gouvernance des entreprises : cas des entreprises Tunisiennes Cotées

This article undergoes two objectives. First, it aims at understanding the relationship between the managerial activism and customers satisfaction as part of the evolution of governance marked by the the value passage of shareholder to a kind of partnership value. Second, it addresses the specific empirical context of Tunisia from the growing interest of stakeholders. From a sample of 585 annual observations for 45 CEOs of listed companies during the period1996-2008, we evaluated the importance of external networks of relationships in the context of the activism of leaders through logistic regressions. Customer satisfaction is introduced as an index of satisfaction derived from a scoring after an exploratory and a confirmatory analysis of kept scale measurement. A leader who cares about his roots can provide very favorable terms to customers who will, for their part, contribute to its entrenchment.
