Eurostat manual of supply, use and input-output tables

The most important objective of the Manual is to provide guidance for national accountants who are engaged to establish an input-output framework for their economy according to international standards. Therefore, the Manual needs to be detailed and comprehensive. Due to its clear focus on the practical implementation, the Eurostat Manual complements SNA 1993 and ESA 1995 as well as the United Nations' Handbook of Input-Output Table Compilation and Analysis' of 1999. For national accounts experts the Eurostat Manual may serve as reference book.
