Evaluation models and tools for assessment of innovation and sustainable development at the EU level : modelling ICT as a general purpose technology

The report will present the results of a study commissioned to assess currently available models and tools for quantitative impact assessments of ICT use in relation to innovation and sustainable development; and to further develop one or two specific models and tools, including at the EU and macro-economic level to meet the requirements for the Commission's impact assessments.
