Aus der Einleitung: "Ziel des Ausbildungsprogrammes »Frauen in Handwerk und Technik« (»FiT«) des Arbeitsmarktservice (AMS) ist es, einerseits arbeitsuchenden Frauen eine Perspektive in zumeist gut entlohnten und stabilen Beschäftigungssegmenten zu bieten, andererseits auch der in Österreich stark ausgeprägten horizontalen Segregation des Arbeitsmarktes entgegenzuwirken. Im Mittelpunkt der vorliegenden Evaluierung, die L&R Sozialforschung im Auftrag der Abt. Arbeitsmarktforschung und Berufsinformation und der Abt. Arbeitsmarktpolitik für Frauen des AMS Österreich realisiert hat, steht die Frage, inwiefern die FiT-Absolventinnen im Anschluss an die Ausbildung eine nachhaltige Erwerbskarriere in einem FiT-adäquaten Berufsfeld einschlagen können und welche Faktoren sich hierbei als förderlich bzw. hinderlich erweisen. Die Zielgruppe der Evaluierung sind die FiT- Absolventinnen der Jahre 2015 bis 2020. (...)"
