Fractal phase transport dynamics and relaxations in complex correlated systems
“Stickiness” of transport in fractal-like phase space with a mixture of regular and chaotic regions and an infinite hierarchy of small islands interspersed in the chaotic region of chaotic Hamiltonian systems is used to build a theoretical basis of the coupling model for relaxations in complex correlated systems.
